Refund Policy

We guarantee our product for 60 days. If there is a quality issue with your order, you may return it in new condition for a prompt exchange for the same item, or immediate full refund. Understandably, personalized items cannot be accepted for return, unless there is a manufacturing error or product defect.

Shipping Policy

Orders are available for pickup or by shipment through UPS. For 1 item, the cost will be $5.00 for more than 1 item, please contact us so we can provide the shipping cost.
